The cases that we’ve seen a lot lately are dealing with drivers running a red light. The common scenario is when a driver is running a red light as they are going through the intersection. I want to bring attention to the driver who is turning right at a red light. Even if you are legally able to turn right on specific red lights, it doesn't mean that you have the right-of-way. The driver going through the intersection who have the green light have the right-of-way, and if you are turning right you must yield to incoming traffic before turning.
