The cases that we’ve seen a lot lately are dealing with drivers running a red light.  The common scenario is when a driver is running a red light as they are going through the intersection.  I want to bring attention to the driver who is turning right at a red light.  Even if you are legally able to turn right on specific red lights, it doesn't mean that you have the right-of-way.  The driver going through the intersection who have the green light have the right-of-way, and if you are turning right you must yield to incoming traffic before turning.  If you have been injured because you have been struck by somebody who turned right on red light then call me today so that we may discuss your rights.
