If you can provide evidence that the crash was caused completely by a vehicle malfunction, the manufacturer will be held accountable. I would always suggest taking pictures and notes of every situation in case you come to find out there was a flaw with the vehicle. If the manufacturer refuses to pay because they have evidence against you, you can file a claim with your own company.
