We handle a lot of car wrecks at this office and recently we had a case involving someone who was making a right on red.  When they made their right turn, they were going into the lane of traffic that had two lanes.  Instead of staying in the right hand most lane to avoid traffic, they drifted into the left lane where a vehicle was traveling, and they caused a very serious car wreck.  If you are making a right turn after stopping at a red light, then you should turn into the first lane which is the far-right lane.  Many car wrecks happen because of careless driving, but you should not have to pay for somebody else being careless. If you have been injured in a car wreck because a driver who turned right on red drifted into your lane, then call me today for your free consultation.  We have handled these types of cases and we will be happy to explain your rights to you.
