Driving While Distracted
This is another topic in our series of videos talking about things you shouldn’t do while driving, and things that I've seen other people do when they're driving which have caused accidents. These two are pretty obvious, but I still feel like I need to say them. The first is for the women, do not put makeup on why you're driving. I know we've all seen people putting on eyeliner or some type of makeup, and when you're putting on makeup you are not paying attention. This is called negligence because you are getting into an accident which you are responsible for because you are distracted while driving. The second, is one I’ve seen more for the guys than for the girls, and that is changing in your car. I've actually seen guys take off their shirt while they're driving, obviously when you're taking off your shirt you can't see where you're going. So, for the guys keep your clothes on while you're driving, and for the ladies please don’t put your makeup on while your driving. An accident can be avoided if you just wait till you get to where you are going. Once you have arrived you can wait in the parking lot and change or put on your makeup, or you can just go ahead and go inside and put on your clothes and makeup in the restroom.
