One of the exceptions of the employment at will doctrine in the state of Texas is discrimination based on sex.  Sexual discrimination includes sexual harassment.  Sexual harassment includes two types: quid pro quo which means this for that, and sexual harassment under hostile work environment. 

Hostile Work Environment
