Premise Liability
We're here to talk about premises liability. We’re going to do a series of videos talking about different types of premises liability claims. Premise liability is a case in which someone is injured on a property. This could be a slip and fall or a fire, it could be any number of things that occur on a premise or on the property. We will talk about these claims from a lawyer's point of view and from an adjuster's point of view.
