Passengers Rights
One of the very first things you should do if you are a passenger of a vehicle that has been involved in an automobile accident is make sure that you and the people in your vehicle are okay. Once you have checked on everybody in your vehicle, then go and check on the people in the other vehicle, and if anybody needs medical attention then call 911 and request an ambulance.
