18 Wheeler Log Book

This is another topic in our series of videos dealing with complex legal issues with respect to trucking accidents, particularly 18 wheelers.  If a truck is governed by the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA); that truck and that driver must maintain a log book, and that log book must show when they were working, when they were sleeping, when they were off the job, and when they were on the job.   That log book is critical in determining whether or not the driver was suffering from fatigue or whether the driver was driving too much.  Many times, those log books are falsified and you need specialized counsel to determine whether or not those log books were falsified.  If you have been in an accident with an 18 wheeler/tractor truck; and you believe the driver was fatigued or there was something just not quite right about the truck accident, then call me today for your free consultation, so that I may help you understand your rights.
