Breach of Contract

Probably the most common cause of action under Texas law for commercial litigation or business litigation is breach of contract.  This is when the parties have a written contract between them and one party breaches the contract.  In addition to breach of written contract there are also causes of action for breach of an oral contract.  That is where one party makes a contract with another party orally.  Those are two of the most common causes of action under commercial litigation in Texas.  If you feel that a party has breached a contract in a commercial or business litigation, whether it be an oral contract or a written contract, then call me today so that I can explain your rights.
